  1. What do you guys use for hydration systems during long runs?

Tamara ~ Are you happy with the Garmin you have?

    • Hi Mary,

We don’t carry any packs. We do use the handheld Amphipods and we normally just fill them with G2. During the summer I also would carry an extra bottle of water.

Tamara (sitting beside me) says she loves her Garmin but wishes it would sync wireless like mine. We both love our Garmins!!

      Happy Running!!

  2. Thanks! I saw those water things at road runners today, might look into getting one. Pardon me, but I am not up on the technology, whats the difference between syncing wirelessly and not?

    • Hi Mary – My Garmin syncs using an ANT wireless usb stick. It is nice because as soon as I walk in the door and get near the computer it starts to sync the data to Garmin Connect. Tamara has to connect hers with a USB cable so it is just another step. Amazon generally has good deals on Garmin’s this time of year.
