Jeff’s Daily Post – Goodbye June – Bring on July!

Happy Friday – Today’s run a strong 6.5 miles!

June was a good month for me.  I dealt with my first minor injury (my foot) so I reduced my mileage some compared to May but I was still very happy with the month and my foot is getting better every day.  I’m going to try to increase my mileage in July and would like to run a race if I can find one.  I’m also planning a few long runs just not sure when yet.

My June Running Summary – Ran 26 times – 179 Miles – 24:40 Hours – 20,092 Calories Burned – Ran in 2 States and DC – Entered a new age group – Ran the Race for the Cure, The Baltimore 10 Miler, Jungle Jims 7th Annual 5k – (Won 3rd Place in my AG) – Longest Run of the month 14.6 miles.  Goodbye June you were good to me – Bring on July – I’m ready!
