Jeff’s Daily Post – Rest Day – Sort of!
Decided this morning (well really last night) that today would be a running rest day. I have only taken a few days off in the last month and a half and I’ve run around 115 miles the past two weeks. I know that I should rest more but most days my legs feel good so I just run. But after 16 miles yesterday my legs are a little sore so I decided to play it safe and rest. I say sort of because I still have to workout. I rode the bide trainer for 9 miles (45 minutes) and lifted weights after that. Felt really good on the bike this morning and my legs felt great afterwards. Have a great Monday!
